Feel fully secure and peaceful while buying our supplements at Eligator! Quick returns are valid for missing, damaged, and wrong items. If you have received a damaged, missing, or wrong item as per your order or description mentioned on our official website, you need to escalate this issue within 48 hours along with parcel opening video and images of the defected product after receiving the order. Click the picture and video of the delivered package and product and send us to contacts@eligator.co.in.

Points you need to take care of while returning the products:

We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not followed.

  • Product damage occurred due to misuse of the product.
  • If Consumers or buyers use or consume our product.
  • Combos Supplement / Stack or products won’t be returned as a single unit.
  • If the returned product is found without original packaging and accessories, consisting of the original box packed by the manufacturer.
  • The Goods which are not in original packaging.
  • The Goods which are unsealed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

  • You will get your refunds within 7 to 8 working days once all the return verification has been done from our company’s end.
